Sweet & Sour Chicken

 SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN


6 chicken breast cut into cubes

1 egg beaton

cornstarch 

3/4 C. Sugar

1/3 C. vinegar

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

4 Tbsp. Ketchup

1Tbsp Soy Sauce

 

Dip chicken into egg then into a ziplock bag of  corn starch, shake to cover.  Fry in a pan of oil until golden brown. 

Place into a glass 9x13 pan and pour sauce in.  

Bake 325 1 hour
